- The meeting purpose is for the DHHS Center for Medical Cannabis to share information with stakeholders and the public about the medical cannabis market analysis it is planning to complete and to receive public input regarding the upcoming analysis. One purpose of the upcoming analysis is for DHHS to review factors that the DHHS will consider as it determines if additional medical cannabis pharmacy licenses should be issued. The DHHS encourages those who plan to participate in the meeting to review factors established in R380-406-20 that the DHHS may consider before they attend the meeting and to come prepared to share input regarding those factors.
