- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, August 23, 2022 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - AUGUST 9, 2022. PUBLIC REVIEW - (Administrative) 1. Nalder Heights Subdivision - PLAT AMENDMENT The applicant, Andy Paskett, is requesting an amendment to the Nalder Heights Subdivision and Eastwood Estates Phase 2 Subdivision, which involves adding an unauthorized split parcel from the Eastwood Estates Phase 2 Subdivision to the Nalder Heights Subdivision. The property is located at 1311 East Sundance Circle. 2. Shepherd's Ridge Subdivision - PLAT AMENDMENT The applicant, Ed Gertge, is requesting an amendment to the Shepherd's Ridge Subdivision, which involves shifting the Static Slope Line further east on Lots 101 and 102 of the current recorded plat. The property is located at approximately 2230 North Church Street. ADJOURNMENT
