Description/Agenda: Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoptions The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council on August 9, 2022. Ordinance 2022-21 amending Title 11, Chapter 10A, Section 10 - Land Use, Public Facilities Zone (PF), Signs and Title 11, Chapter 11, Article G, Section 10, Subsection 10.9, and Table 10.9 - Land Use, commercial and Manufacturing Zones, Form Based code, Signs, Monument Signs. Ordinance 2022-22 rezoning certain specified properties within Clearfield City that currently have public facility used from various zoning designations to PF (Public Facilities) and amending the Clearfield City Zoning Map accordingly.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): The City of Clearfield, in accordance with the 'Americans with Disabilities Act' provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens needing assistance. Persons requesting these accommodations for City sponsored public meetings, service programs or events should call Nancy Dean at 525-2714, giving her 48-hour notice.
