ANNABELLA TOWN PUBLIC HEARING COMMENTS ON UPDATED WATER CONSERVATION PLAN A public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council Chambers, 295 East 300 North; Annabella, Utah 84711. The purpose of the public hearing is to review and accept comments on the updated Annabella Water Conservation Plan. Copies of the updated Annabella Water Conservation Plan are on file for public inspection in the Town office or may be found on the Town website at www.sweethomeannabella.com (under the water tab) The Annabella Town Council will consider the adoption of the revised Annabella Town Water Conservation Plan following the public hearing, as required in State Code Section 73-10-32. Tina Mitchell Annabella Town Clerk CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Town Clerk, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted in accordance with Utah State Code Annotated 52-4-202(3) on this 16th day of August, 2022 in the following places: Annabella Town Office, Annabella Post Office, the Utah State Public Notice website, the Annabella Town, and provided to the Richfield Reaper.
