- PUBLIC MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Appeal Authority Officer will hold a Public Meeting for Variances on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at 3.:00 p.m. in the City Hall Conference Room in City Hall located at 70 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Variance from City Code Section 11-3-2: Bonding For Improvements Required As a Condition for Plat Recordation (Scratch Gravel Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Derek Scoville for a variance from City Code Section 11-3-2: Bonding for Improvements Required as a Condition for Plat Recordation, which requires Bonding for the development of the streets and installation of culinary and secondary water and sewer mains, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and street paving for the full lot frontage throughout the entire development before recordation of the final plat. The property is located at approx. 788 East 100 South in the R1-10 (Single-Family Residential) Zone. .
