NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, August 25, 2022, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items: 1. Consider a proposed Code Amendment to include Section 17.63, R-1-6 Single Family Residential Zone. This includes the creation of a new single-family residential zone. Santa Clara City, applicant. 2. Consider a proposed Code Amendment to the Santa Clara City Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.74, Historic District/Mixed Use. This includes general clean-up and updating of the ordinance. Santa Clara City, applicant. 3. Consider a proposed Code Amendment to the Santa Clara City Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.76, Historic District Overlay. This includes general clean-up and updating of the ordinance. Santa Clara City, applicant. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.
