Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that on August 11, 2022, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 22-16, amending Brigham City Code Chapter 29.11, Multiple Use, Agricultural, and Rural Residential Districts to address use categories, inconsistencies, and general standards and regulations with the increasing demand and interest to rezone and develop agricultural properties. The Ordinance shall take effect on August 15, 2022. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
