- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a meeting at 4:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office, Council Chambers, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. 1. MAYOR'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call & Pledge of Allegiance 2. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial report: July 2022 b. Approval of bills and payroll c. Approval of Minutes: July 19, 2022 Regular Meeting 3. VISITORS a. Sarah Jewett-Fervo Energy Presentation b. Paul Beaver-Request for exemption on asphalt on 100 North 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Quitclaim Deeds on Street Vacation- 300 North between 100 West and 150 West b. Discuss and Review Bid for New AC Unit at Senior Citizens Center c. Hiring of Crossing Guard d. Hiring of Airport Operator 5. ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS a. None 6. OLD BUSINESS a. Culinary Water Project Update b. Milford City 150th Birthday Celebration update c. 7. COMMENTS a. Staff member reports and comments b. Councilmember reports and comments 8. ADJOURNMENT Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
