NOTICE OF MEETING
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of WPR Utility District (the 'District'), will hold a meeting of the Board on Wednesday, August 25, 2022, commencing at 12:00 p.m., at the District office located at 136 E. South Temple, Suite 1650, Salt Lake City, Utah, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes of August 3, 2022 Board Meeting
3. Appointment of Evan Tufts as District Treasurer
4. Adopt Amended and Restated Bylaws
5. Authorize Execution of Weber Basin Water Conservancy District Assignment Contract and Exchange Application
6. Authorize Execution of FW Easement Agreement
7. Authorize Execution of FP1 Easement Agreement
8. Authorize Execution of FP2 Easement Agreement
9. Amend Resolution Levying the Ad Valorem Property Tax of the District at a rate exceeding the Certified Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2022-2023
10. Amend Resolution Adopting the Fiscal year 2022-2023 Budget
11. Authorize Quit Claim Deed and Assignment
