NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MORGAN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) and to the general public that the Morgan Council of Governments will hold a meeting in open public session on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., at the City Council Room, Morgan City Office Building, 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. MINUTES Approval - Minutes of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) - June 27, 2022 ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/APPROVAL 1. New Growth Updates - YTD Building Permits & Occupancy - City / County 2. Update on Trails 3. Update on RDA Agreements with City, County and School District 4. Update on Wasatch Peaks Resort Project - Blaine Fackrell 5. Update on County Local Option Sales Tax - Funds to COG - Jared Anderson 6. Reports from COG Members Assigned to Attend WFRC Meetings - Blaine Fackrell - Active Transportation Committee (ATC) - August 10, 2022 7. Other Business 8. Adjourn Next Meeting: September 19, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. - City Office In the event of an absence of a full quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that by motion of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG), pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that Chapter.
