PUBLIC HEARING THIS HEARING HAS BEEN CANCELLED 8-17-2022 NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled planning commission meeting on August 23, 2022, at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The public hearing will begin at 7:05 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed preliminary minor subdivision. * Fillmore Estates Subdivision located approximately 200 South and 1100 West to 500 South and 1100 West parcel number F-MM-68. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days before the meeting. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled planning commission meeting on August 23, 2022, at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The public hearing will begin at 7:10 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed zoning amendment. * Amend the General Commercial Zone to allow for mixed-use. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days before the meeting. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled planning commission meeting on August 23, 2022, at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The public hearing will begin at 7:15 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed Zone Change from a Commercial Zone to a Master Planned Community at approximately 800 South Highway 99 that will allow for commercial and residential mixed use. Applicant: Mike Peterson. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days before the meeting.
