- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) LGI Homes requests approval of a development agreement with Springville City for the development of property within the Lakeside Landing Special District Overlay Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861.
