DISCUSSION ON THIS EVENING'S REGULAR MEETING AGENDA ITEMS a) Invocation - Councilmember Snelson b) Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Jensen c) Consent Agenda 2. Approval of the minutes for the work study meetings held on July 12 and August 02, 2022 and the regular meeting held on August 02, 2022 3. Approval of a Resolution to enter into a Boundary Line Agreement with Andrew Allman to adjust boundary lines between Mr. Allman's property and the city's Kelly's Grove property. - John Penrod, Assistant City Administrator/City Attorney 4. Approval of a Resolution approving a multi-year contract with Submittable for the Museum High School Art Show - Rita Wright, Museum of Art 5. Approval of a Resolution to enter into a Utility Reimbursement Agreement with UDOT for the amount of $15,199.01 less the scrap value of a conductor - Brandon Graham, Power Generation Superintendent 3. DISCUSSIONS/PRESENTATIONS a) Discussion regarding the Area 11 Annexation - Troy Fitzgerald, City Administrator b) Discussion regarding (PIDs) Public Infrastructure Development and Policy - Josh Yost, Community Development Director c) Discussion regarding Automatic License Readers - Lance Haight, Public Safety Director MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
