- The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 23, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following item: A proposal to enact an ordinance amending Title 16, Chapter 16.35 by requiring private streets developed in the City (post-enactment) to meet City public street standards, to specify the class of street trees required along collector and arterial rights-of-way, to acknowledge acceptable, general types of traffic calming devices or methods, and, repealing and replacing --with new dimensional standards -- certain rights-of-way types. Materials for public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City's website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
