- Holden Town Council Agenda July 13 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of June 08,2022, Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills a. Affidavit for Costco Gasoline b. Affidavit for Phill Best Western & Mavrik Gas for water confrence 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 6. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees a. Phil Whatcott- Water and Fire Department b. Jim Blodgett - Roads and Land fill c. Josalyn Stevens- Parks, Recreation and CERT d. David Wood- Electric e. Mayor Darren Fox - Cemetery and Employees 7. New Business a. Budget Review & Approval for 2023 b. Water Project Financing c. Memorandum on Solar / Temporary Solar Ban d. Matt & Asher Stephens to discuss ball field 8. Outstanding business 9.
