WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONING TEXT HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on August 16, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on August 23, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at the West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #ZT-1-2022, filed by West Valley City Requesting a zoning ordinance text change to update the definition of hospital; prohibit hospitals in the BRP, MXD, C-3, LI, and M zones; prohibit community uses in the Decker Lake Station Overlay Zone; require windows and doors on homes within the RS zone to be Energy Star rated; and update the list of uses allowed as home occupations.
