WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on August 16, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on September 6, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #Z-10-2022, filed by John Baird To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 sq. ft.). The property is located at 3909 South 2200 West on 0.52 acres The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 10th day of August 2022.
