Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Hearing Officer will hold one hearing at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2022: 1) LUHO-22-013, Adam Nash is requesting a variance to several city code requirements pertaining to access location, right-of-way width, lot size when accessed from a private right of way, and setbacks at 868 E. Gregson Avenue to potentially develop six residential lots. Members of the public seeking to comment on the application must follow the Interventions and Proceedings process in Millcreek Code 19.92.030.
