- In accordance with Utah Code Section 20A-7-402, to prepare a written argument for or against a special local ballot proposition, an eligible voter shall file a request with the County Clerk/Auditor before 5 p.m. no later than 64 days before the day of the election at which the special local ballot proposition is to be voted on. Written Arguments may be submitted by email to elections@cachecounty.org, by mail to 179 North Main Street, Logan, UT 84321, or in person at the same address.
