PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Lewis Subdivision & Overlay Zoning Designation: Requested by Tyson Lewis for Preliminary Plan and Final Plat approval of a three-lot subdivision and a I-O, In-fill Overlay zoning designation to reduce the required frontage for subdivided lots in the R-1-7.5 zone. The subdivision is located at approximately 350 North 100 East on Utah County Parcel #08:048:0011. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
