CONSENT ITEMS 5.1 APPROVAL OF AGENDA Any point of order or issue regarding items on the agenda or the order of the agenda need to be addressed here prior to the approval of the agenda 5.2 APPROVAL OF JULY 19, 2022, MEETING MINUTES 6. CITIZEN COMMENTS This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas that are not on the agenda as part of a public hearing. Please limit your comments to no more than 3 minutes 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 DISCUSSION/MOTION : APPROVAL TO AWARD THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ROHMER PARK PICKLEBALL PROJECT The bid opening will be held on August 11, 2022. The Project consists of construction of the pickleball courts, landscaping, and infrastructure. 7.2 MOTION/RESOLUTION 22-16: RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN WEBER COUNTY AND WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY RELATED TO THE NEW CHILDRENS JUSTICE CENTER The Council, in a previous meeting, pledge to contribute $69,452 in donations towards the building of a new Children's Justice Center, which provides a neutral, child-friendly program for interviews and services to victims of child abuse and their families. 8. COUNCIL COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF 9. ADMINISTRATION REPORTS 10.
