- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING September 1, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00 PM, THURSDAY, September 1, 2022, in the City Council Chambers, located at Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to annex approximately 15.39 acres of property located at approximately 3071 West Gentile Street, and rezone approximately 18.65 acres of property located at approximately 3071 West Gentile Street, currently zoned A (Agriculture) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) PRUD (Planned Residential Unit Development), Ag Heritage Overlay. The meeting will be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
