Approval of agenda order C. REVIEWOFMINUTES: 1. Review and possible approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes from July 13, 2022. D. Annual renewal of a conditional use permit for an extraction permit located on parcel T- 3-0-27-132. Applicant Washington County Water Conservancy District. 4. Annual renewal of a conditional use permit for a Bed and Breakfast located at 149 Sunset Ave. Applicant Christer Lundell. 5. Discussion on final approval of the Firelight MPDO Plan and an Ordinance amending the City's Official Zoning Map to designate Firelight Subject Property as having MPDO zoning submitted by Sun River Firelight. A. Possible recommendation to City Council. 8. Discussion on a Final Plat application submitted by Sun River Firelight.
