RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 25, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Katie Buckley is seeking approval for a home-based business, 'Just Beauty Establishment', an in-home eyebrow microblading salon to be based out of a home at 3659 West Roy Lane. - Ryan Hughes and Devin Hubbard are seeking approval for a conditional use permit for a private lane, at 12984 South 4490 West. - America First Credit Union is seeking a rezone from C-PO to C-G for 7.93 acres at 12653 South 3600 West. - New Horizon Medical is seeking approval to add a Pedestrian-Oriented-Overlay rezone to their current zoning of C-PO, to expand their office at 1420 West 12600 South. - McNeil Auto is seeking approval to expand their building and add an additional building at their current location of 3311 West 12600 South. - Myers Park Subdivision proposes a four (4)-acre subdivision of 15 lots to be located at 2356 West 11800 South. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
