- Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following items which will be discussed and considered: Public Hearing: 22-16 Amending NCC 21.08.030 and 21.06.060 adding an exemption to subdivision requirements for combining lots and amending subdivision plat amendment approval authority Public Hearing: 22-17 Amending NCC 21.02.060, 21.06.040, 21.06.080, and 21.08.010 regarding subdivision submission requirements When: August 18, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S, Nibley, Utah For more information, please see www.nibleycity.com or visit Nibley City Hall. A full report will be posted on the City's website by August 12, 2022, as part of the Planning Commission's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website.
