Training Installing Bow Gates to OD Arena Security Cameras Main Arena Sound System Well Shed New signs through-out property OSTA Director Report (Angie): OSTA Staff update Grand County Fair update BF Fence - ROE is done Discussion on proposal of Special Event Coordinator at OSTA Tour of the facility with one of the GC Commission members (Josie Kovash). Panel quote/order Scoreboard update Backstop hood update New pitching mounds Concession update - New hand sink, surplus of fryer, new order placement of appliances. Inflatable Movie Screen Update on rental of OSTA for movie production. June - Middle School Soccer, Traveling Softball team, City Rec Softball & Baseball, Zumba (Tuesdays & Thursdays), Skate Moab (Fridays & Sundays), Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo, BLM Forest Service (Training), Dynatrac, Youth M.U.L.E.Y Event (CANCELLED), Wedding Reception, Quinceanera, Seamless Summer Food Program. July - Traveling Softball team, City Rec Softball & Baseball, Zumba (Tuesdays & Thursdays), Skate Moab (Fridays & Sundays), Seamless Summer Food Program. August - Zumba (Tuesdays & Thursdays), Skate Moab (Fridays & Sundays), Grand County Company Picnic, Tentative Drive in movie. Not to be forgotten, will discuss when updates are available: Portable bleachers to arena or extension? -2023 project ($43K- 250+ seats) World Trail (need design+ sponsors / donation) Trail to be formalized by arena staff by adding reject gravel +Horse Obstacle Course Outdoor Arena - Maintenance and construction upgrade stage 1 of 3 (1 arena, 2 roping chutes & steer run, 3 Cover over arena, lights, bleachers, announcer's booth, wind breaks, and bucking chutes) Board Member Reports: Kathy- Vacant- Ken- Rex- Patrick- Bob- New Business: Open seat on Advisory Board.
