Welcome--Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor July 12, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. July 26, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor Transaction Register dated 07/01/2022 to 07/31/2022 in the amount of $8,764.39. 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions -- Mayor Claims Register dated 7/22/2022 to 8/04/2022 in the amount of $590,518.68. Requisitions as needed 7. Report on Hub City Rodeo - Nikki Neves 8. Discussion/Action - Karen Hansen Discussion/Action on request to refund impact fees. 9. Go Into Closed Session - City Council Vote Council will go into a Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-205 to: Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual 10. Approval of Resolution 2022-12 - Mayor Approval of Resolution 2022-12 A Resolution Authorizing the Steel Solar 1A Project Amended and Restated Transaction Schedule Under the Master Firm Power Supply Agreement with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; and Related Matters. 11. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
