- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a Regular Meeting on August 9, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, 115 West Main, Mt. Discussion/Action - Chairperson Discussion/Action on Sewer Line Connection and Fees in Industrial Park. Discussion/Action on Amended Plat Map for Industrial Park. Discussion/Action on Property Purchase Next to ConToy Arena. 6. CDRA Executive Director Report 7. CDRA Chairperson Report 8.
