Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE RIVERDALE CITY RIVERDALE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The RIVERDALE CITY tax on a $477,000 residence would increase from $191.25 to $372.54, which is $181.29 per year. - The RIVERDALE CITY tax on a $477,000 business would increase from $347.73 to $677.34, which is $329.61 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, RIVERDALE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 94.76% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
