PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, August 8, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Award Bid for the East Fork EWP - Public Works Update - Presentation of Employee of the Month - Discussion & Consideration of Resolution No. 2022-08; A Resolution Calling an Election for November 8, 2022, for General Obligation Bonds not to Exceed $12,000,000; Declaring Official Intent with Respect to Certain Expenditures; Calling a Public Hearing Regarding the Bonds; Approving the Publication of a Notice of Election, the Ballot Proposition and Other Voter Information; and Related Matters - Discussion & Consideration for a Regional Response Coordination Plan - Discussion & Consideration of County Volunteers - Building & Grounds Update - Discussion & Consideration of Letter to the US Fish & Wildlife Services - Discussion on County Fair Events - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Consideration of Minutes for Combined Commission Meeting held August 1, 2022 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Update on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devises, or Systems; And 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Adjournment
