City of Woodland Hills Truth and Taxation Hearing and City Council Meeting August 9, 2022 Public Notice is Hereby Given that the City of Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Truth and Taxation Hearing on August 9, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center. 6:00 PM Truth and Taxation Hearing City Council Meeting to Follow Hearing CALL TO ORDER- Mayor Brent Winder PLEDGE- Council Member Hillyard INVOCATION- Council Member Kynaston PUBLIC COMMENT Public comments will be limited to two minutes or less. Comments submitted via email need to be submitted to the city prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting to be included as part of the official record. Emailed comments will not be read during the meeting but will be included with the official records. BUSINESS AND DISCUSSION 1. Resolution Adopting the Certified Tax Rate CLOSED SESSION 2. The City of Woodland Hills City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property or water; or to discuss the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual as provided by Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205. ADJOURN A copy of the foregoing agenda was posted at the City Offices, on the City's website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov and the State Public Notice Website at htttp://pmn.utah.gov. Council Members may participate in the meeting via electronic communications.
