- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10, chapter 15, 'Residential Site Development Standards', dealing with methods for calculating density in developments that do not require dedication of public rights of way.
