- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South to discuss the following matters: Subdivision Amendment - Grayson Ridge West: Request of Jordan and Christina Hill for an amendment to Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Grayson Ridge West subdivision, located at approximately 3600 W 2000 S in the R-1 zone (Single-Family Residential). Rezone - Village on 2000 W: Request of Wright Development Group for a rezone of approximately 4 acres located at SWC of 2000 W and HW 193, from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to GC (General Commercial). Text Amendment - Commercial Boarding: Amendment to City ordinance(s) for regulation of boarding animals in commercial zones.
