- WILLARD CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION The Willard City Council will hold a City Council work session on Monday, August 8, 2022. The meeting will be held at the Willard City Offices 80 W 50 S. The meeting will be held in accordance with current COVID-19 guidelines. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. 6:00 p.m. Willard City Council Work Session a. Discussion regarding the Development Agreement for Old Farm Subdivision. b.
