2. Zoning Application from Paul Campbell for a Zoning Clearance on a lot, county number 13-015-0044. Plans to build a hay barn. No animals, power, or water. Plans were presented, clearances were reviewed.

3. Subdivision Application from Brad Noble for lots at 8075 N 2400 W. This application will resolve a subdivision issue from 2010 that needed to be addressed. A Land Use Certificate of Approval will be issued, to be filed with the County Recorders Office.

Discussion with the Board on a fencing issue. Judy Downs is working on an amendment to the zoning code which would put in place for safety reasons, which would require fences in the side yards of residences to be four(4) feet in height. Current zoning requires the side yard fence to be five feet from the front property line. In a case where the home is set back further than the required 30 feet, the fence would only have to be four feet fort for the minimum distance, and not all the way to the home itself. This is a work in progress.
