- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 8th day of August 2022 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from July 11, 2022 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Chad Thompson Permit on City Inspect 3. Business - Final Plat Signature Process - Attorney Seth Tait - Subdivision Ordinance and Lot Split Ordinance - Final Form Review for the Annexation Process - Annexation Ordinance - Extension of Annexation Boundaries Discussion - Clarkston Master Plan and Road Master Plan Review 4. Public Comment 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
