CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA August 3, 2022 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Minutes: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda Action Agenda: 1. Kristine McArthur wants to put a camp trailer on her property until she can get a single dwelling put on the property located at 555 W 40 N. 2. Kristine McArthur wants to put an accessory building 10' x 18' on her property to be used as dog grooming business. 3. Kristine McArthur would like to apply for a business license to groom dogs in her accessory building. 4. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Sept. 7 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W.
