- The Town of Daniel gives notice of a public hearing to be held on August 17, 2022, during the Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 PM at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is for a Conditional Use Permit for the Luke property located at 2370 South Daniel Rd. Notice will be sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Public comments and questions are welcome during the public hearing. Additional information about Conditional Use Permits for The Town of Daniel can be found at www.danielutah.org or by calling Kim Crittenden at 435-654-5062.
