- CITY OF OREM NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on August 17, 2022, at approximately 4:30 p.m. to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING - TEXT AMENDMENT - Amending portions of Section 22-14-8(A)(1) and Section 22-14-8(A)(2) (Moving a House, Building or other Structure) pertaining to inspection fees and personnel who approves site and building plans. PUBLIC HEARING - REZONE - Amending Section 22-5-3(A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by rezoning the property located at approximately 258 N 800 E to the R6.5 zone. The proposed amendments are available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 229-7058. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the City Council Meetings, please call the City Recorder's Office.
