Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. Approval of Minutes for July 7,2022 Attachments: 7-7-22 Minutes Draft Planning Commission Chairman Report Public Forum BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an accessory building for Glenn Larsen located at 592 E 1200 N Parcel #29.018.0076 Attachments: Larsen Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an accessory building for Jake Hasler located at 1735 N Main St in the Valley View Point Subdivision Plat A lot 4 Parcel #54.216.0004 Attachments: Hasler Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an accessory building for Scott Jewett located at 710 N 350 E in the Our Heritage Subdivision Plat A Lot 7 Parcel #48.316.0007 Attachments: Jewett Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a Final Mylar for the F.
