The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 4th day of August 2022.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from July 7 & 14, 2022.
6- Discussion and possible approval of street closure for CNS Make a Wish for Seniors from Post Office to Auditorium for Corn Hole contest.
7- Discussion and possible approval of street closure for Helper Arts Festival starting Thursday, August 18th at noon, reopen Monday, Aug 22nd.
8- Discussion and possible approval of Billie Heilesen as City Treasurer.
9- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing dump truck.
10- Discussion and possible approval to surplus the old dump truck.
11- Discussion and possible approval of the Fire Contract with Utah County.
12- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing IT from Less Olsen in the amount of 20,000 from the America Rescue.
13- Discussion and possible approval of Cooperative Agreement with UDOT.
14- Discussion and possible approval of the request from Live Wire Mining for an electric rate change from large-scale industrial to small-scale industrial.
15- Discussion and possible approval of new roof at Locust St. Park.
16- Discussion and possible approval of bid to replace sidewalk.

Possible closed session for property discussion.
