- Public Notice to Elwood Town Citizens PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Elwood Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 16, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, regarding the Zoning Ordinance 10.15 Master Planned Community District. The ordinance is available at the Town Hall for review. All interested citizens are invited to attend at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North.
