Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting at the District Office, 8021 Brighton Loop Road, Thursday, August 4, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q1 2022 Meeting of the Board of Trustees held April 21st, 2022. 2. Introduce Squire AUP Agreement / Review. 3. Review Second Quarter 2022 Financial Statements. 4. Processing Fee Status. 5. Solitude Mainline Reorientation, Brighton's Snake Creek Project. 6. Pacificorp Conduit Project. 7. Infrastructure Maintenance Update. 8.
