Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Mt. Peak Development, LLC a UT LLC, (Terry Messersmith) for property located at approximately: 100 E. 1500 North currently in the CU-1 zone. Proposed is a strip on the south side of 1500 N. to be R-3 (Residential) with a Z (zero lot line) overlay. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
