Description/Agenda: The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on an application for a lot line vacation located in the Ski Haven Chalet subdivision, Unit A, Block A, lot 7 and 8: Parcel Nos: A-1143-0008-000A-07 and A-1143-0008-000A-08 during their regular meeting scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter. Those wishing to review the information on the proposed Lot Line Vacation may do so at the Brian Head Town Hall during normal business hours of 9-5 Monday thru Friday. Anyone wishing to make comments on the proposed Lot Line Vacation may submit comments to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than August 11, 2022 by 4:30 pm.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435)677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: As per ordinance No. 11-003, authorizes the public bodies to establish written procedures governing the calling and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members may participate by electronic means.
