Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will conduct a public hearing in conjunction with the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 6:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Fillmore City Building, 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, UT ; to receive public comment regarding the proposed creation of the American Spec Infrastructure District (the 'Proposed District'), and to receive public comment regarding allowing for public input on (i) whether the requested service is needed in the area of the applicable Proposed District, (ii) whether the service should be provided by the City or the Proposed District, and (iii) all other matters relating to the Proposed District. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
