On Tuesday, August 2nd , 2022, at 5:00 p.m., a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view by the Secretary to the Committee in the areas reserved for such posting of public notices by the member agencies. A copy of this notice was sent to the Davis Journal, a newspaper of general circulation.
