PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting at the City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:30 p.m. and Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on August 3, 2022.

3. Zone Change (Public Hearing) and Preliminary Plat
A. SHELLY SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-3 and R-1-15 to R-1-9 in conjunction with the development of 16 residential lots as a Master Planned Development located at approximately 686 North Slant Road.
4. Annexation
A. OBERG ANNEXATION. The proposal requests that 70.75 acres located at approximately 1400 North 900 West be annexed into the City.
