Description/Agenda: Paragonah Town gives notice that on August 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah, the Paragonah Town Board will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Christopher and Laci Beaumont within the areas defined in the Annexation Policy Plan for future expansion by Paragonah Town. The property is located approximately to the South of 560 East Center Street. The complete legal description and plat relating to the proposed annexation is available for review at the Paragonah Town Office, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this hearing. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk, 435-477-8979, at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
