1. DISUCSSION/RECOMMENATION on the changes to the Land Management Code, Chapter 9 regarding water acquisitions for new subdivisions. Bret Howser, Town Manager & Becky Bennett, Town Planner. The Commission will discuss and make a recommendation to the Town Council regarding potential changes to the Land Management Code.
